RMA REQUEST

Return Material Authorization Request Form

1) Please download and fill out the Repair Form by clicking on the link below.

2) When completed, submit your request to repair@accesspos.com, and we will respond with an RMA Number to included with your shipment. This number is used to process your order in a timely manner and for tracking purposes.

3) Please be sure to include the RMA Number/Form with your inbound shipment and keep a copy for your own records.

4) Please follow the safety and shipping directions given below and provide as much detail as possible regarding the problem or issue you are experiencing.

Safety & Shipping Directions:
 
  • Please include all cables, batteries or power supplies with the unit in the event the issue is cable or power related.
  • If you have an administrator name and/or password for your device(s), please include for troubleshooting and quality testing purposes.
  • Please over-box your products/units in shipping and make sure they are properly secured and have the required packaging materials.
